Summer's over [10th September 2011]
Summer's
over, autumn coming in fast and relentlessly here in Scandinavia. Which
in turn means more studio-time for Code 64! We have remixes coming out
soon and we have also started working for real on the next album.
Rejoice! Expect the unexpected!
In other news, we recently
released our Deviant EP, so be sure to get a hold of it through your
nearest online dealer. We also want to thank all the people at Infest
2011 for a totally mindblowing weekend with loads of Tetley's &
Bassdrums. Hope all of you survived the Nordic Thunder. We are looking

Transmission [25th May 2011]
Hey
everyone. It`s been a while since we updated this news section so we
thought it would be a good time to do that now. (we are better to
update our twitter though). Well, as you all know our gig at the Kick
off party for S.G.A was cancelled, and it was a real bummer for us since
we haven`t played in Stockholm in a very long time(but hopefully we
will do that soon enough). But to the positive news, we are booked for
the Xelabration kick off in Oslo (9:th july) there we will support Komor
Kommando, so be sure to get your asses over there and party with
all of us!
We are also working hard with our "Deviant" ep and we can assure you that all of the remixes are great and all of the remixers have put their own style into it and as soon as it`s completely finished we are gonna unleash it.

Code 64 won the award! [5th February 2011]
We are really proud to tell you all that we won the award for the "Synth of the Year" award at the "Manifestgalan" (Manifest awards) that took place last night.
The motivation from the jury was (translated from Swedish)
"With a well thought out album that delivers a great variation, in style as well as tempo, put together in a suit that breaths both modernity and perfection this years price goes to CODE 64. "

Code 64 + Arvika festival = EPIC! [3rd February 2011]

are going to play live at the Arvika festival, its going to take place

It´s time for some news! [16th December 2010]
Hi everyone!
It's been a while, so it's time for a little update.
We have received a lot of great response on "Trialogue" and we thank you all for your kind words and continued support!
Winter is coming along quick and in the true spirit of x-mas, we have decided to announce our next single!
The
track we have chosen is "Deviant" and it will be released first quarter

Swedish
alternative label Progress Productions signs Swedish/Norwegian trio
Code 64 (Bjørn Marius Borg, Christian Espeland and Hans-Olof Mattsson).
The band released their debut album called "Storm" in 2003 which
nowadays is a rare-item among collectors. The big breakthrough came in
2005 with the release of their second album "Departure" which received
great reviews around the world, and quickly made them into a popular and
much appreciated act.
Five years later they are back with new
singer Bjørn Marius Borg taking the place of Henrik Piehl. Code 64 anno
2010 sounds bigger and better than ever. Their third album "Trialogue"
is scheduled for a late summer/early autumn release, but already now we
are treated with the first of two singles from the album called "Stasis"
which will be released digitally on the 21st of April. “Stasis” is a
danceable catchy club track in the trademark Code 64 style that will for
sure cause dancefloor mayhem wherever it’s played. "

We are entering the final days of production for 'Trialogue'. This weekend, we will all meet up in Lysekil at The Studio Of A Thousand Truths
(Or Studio 64 as it is usually called) to make final adjustments to the
tracks. We also have several videos in the making. And just like the
album itself: They are all DIY, all the way!
Next week, on
the next update, we will finally reveal the release dates for both the
Stasis single and the album. So keep tuned in!

Our
first gig as a new band at Elektrostat 2009 was simply amazing. Great
festival, great crowd and a truly epic vibe! In other words: Code 64 is

A big update! [1st September 2009]
Greetings everyone!
It's been a while since our last update, so here it goes: First of all, our forthcoming album "Trialogue"
is coming along smoothly! We will finish it during the next couple of
months, so hopefully it won't take too long before it's released to the
masses. It's going to be an epic one, so be prepared!
We are also
extremely happy to announce that we will be playing our very first show
as a "new" band at the annual Norwegian Elektrostat festival in Oslo,

We
recently did a remix for U.K. electro act, Goteki. The song is called

New website! [14th November 2008]
Hi everyone,
As you
probably noticed this is the new code 64 website, though not yet
complete with content we still hope you'll enjoy it. Code 64 are still
in the studio working hard on the upcoming album and
samples are on its way and will be online in the near future.
In other news, Code 64 have contributed a remix for the great Swedish synthpop band Rupesh
Cartel on their new single "oh no oh no" you can get a taste of their new song and even
a taste of our remix at their MySpace (www.myspace.com/rupeshcartel)
Other bands remixing are famous synthpop stars Iris and techno act Pulce.

Happy times! [29th July 2008]
We are really happy to announce that we have a new vocalist in Code 64.
It took some time but finally we found the missing piece.
Bjørn Marius Borg, more known as Bariuz (Appreciated remixer and producer) will now be the new singer in Code 64. He is also the keyboard player/programmer in Norwegian modern metal band Black Comedy. There will soon be some new nice samples available for download and more info of what is to come.
